The Generation of ultra-steady camera poles from Strong Poles is the SteadyMax Series of round and tapered camera poles. These poles are engineered to withstand 150mph winds with a whole load of cameras, cabinets, and sensors – yet are limited to 3% of movement under those conditions.

These engineered camera poles also have a Factory-Installed Vibration Suppression System consisting of two different frequency dampeners that quell high and low-frequency vibrations and oscillations that may occur during the pole’s life. The first mode vibration is when you see the top of a pole shaking back and forth, similar to a diving board. The second mode vibration occurs around a pole’s midpoint and acts more like a guitar string. We install two separate vibration dampener systems that work to stop both modes of vibration in their infancy. 

The result is the strongest pole in the world. 

The SteadyMax pole is the steadiest, most rigid camera pole we have ever built, yet is very lightweight (our 16′ pole weighs only 65 lbs.). This is a fantastic Engineering feat to make a pole this steady yet this lightweight.

The 12′ SteadyMax Florida or Solar & Wireless Camera Pole is a 6″ diameter, non-tapered, heavy wall (.188 thick) aluminum round pole made out of 6063-T6 Aluminum and can be ordered in our usual White or Black (Dark Bronze) Powder Coat finishes.

The 16′ SteadyMax Camera Pole is a 6″, non-tapered, heavy wall (.156 thick) aluminum round pole made out of 6063-T6 Aluminum and can be ordered in our usual White or Black (Dark Bronze) Powder Coat finishes. The standard Hand Hole is 18″ from the base, and if you want an extra Hand Hole, it is 4′ from the top of the pole.

The 20′ SteadyMax Camera Pole is a round tapered pole, and is approximately 8″ O.D. at the bottom, and tapers down to 6″ O.D. At the top of the pole where the attachment plate is. This pole is heavy wall (.156 thick) construction, using 6063-T6 Aluminum, and can be ordered in our usual White or Black (Dark Bronze) Powder Coat finishes. The standard Hand Hole is 18″ from the base, and if you want an extra Hand Hole, it is 4′ from the top of the pole.

The 25′ SteadyMax Camera Pole is tapered from approximately 8″ O.D. At the bottom, to 6″ O.D. At the top of the pole where the attachment plate is. This pole is an Ultra-Heavy Wall (.250 thick – 1/4″) aluminum tapered round pole using 6063-T6 Aluminum and can be ordered in our usual White or Black (Dark Bronze) Powder Coat finishes. The standard Hand Hole is 18″ from the base, and if you want an extra Hand Hole, it is 5′ from the top of the pole.

Included with each pole

All Steady Max Camera Poles come with an anchoring basket and template along with the cover kit that includes four covers for the base nuts, a cover for the hand hole, six screws to secure the covers, a top plate with gasket, four plastic screws to secure to the top plate, and for shim for the base.

The Steady Max Camera Poles come with our exclusive 20-year warranty and includes the anchor bolts and anchor template. MADE IN THE USA.

With package shipping weights ranging from 98lbs to 225lbs, please let your Sales Engineer know of any particular instruction we need to add for shipping to your location. We are not limited to shipping only with freight lines; you may have your order Hot Shot when ordering for a big installation job. We can also ship outside of the USA.
