Choose from an ever-expanding selection of accessories to mount on the MAP
The Top Plate is always the same: a 1-1/2” Threaded Connector with set screws ready to attach to any Pipe Section – either Inline or at the bottom of a string.
Choice of 2 Bottom Plates:
- 1-1/2” Threaded Connector with Set Screws (ready to add additional sections below it)
- Blank Plate for “End-of-Line” use.
These Modular Accessory Pedestals are the Mounting Platform for many of our accessory pieces, which include: 2 Foot Arms (which can hold PTZ’s, TV’s and many other devices), Fly-outs, Vertical or Horizontal Lighting Tenons for hanging lights, the Side Camera Mount (for single Bullets, Domes, and Panoramics), and even more to come. There are dozens of combinations.
These ultra-strong Pedestals have incredible strength and can hold a hundred pounds from each mounting point. A hundred pounds inline below it (be careful not to exceed the total limit of your Top Attachment holding the entire weight of each component plus your equipment).
Each threaded Pipe Connection has 2 Set Screws that must be locked after tightening the pipe and positioning it. This keeps any threaded connections from loosening or coming apart from vibration or twisting that could occur, such as with PTZ Cameras changing directions rapidly.
