This aluminum Multi-Purpose 8×10 inch ultra-strong PTZ Box (PTZ-810) is built similarly to our famous “Birdhouse” on our outdoor mounting accessories can be used for a variety of purposes. Here are just a few:

– PTZ camera style wall mount (up to 4 sides – 4th side has no pre-drilled wiring access hole, but it can be drilled for mounting a 4th PTZ). 

– Large Junction Box for wiring and/or small switches, POE Extenders, etc. – Mount Antennas or even Equipment Enclosures to the sides

 Any Camera, Cabinet, or other devices may be attached to this box. It is made out of 3/16” aluminum for added strength to hold up to 100 pounds attached to it, and a total of 250 pounds total string weight. This Multi-Purpose 8×10 PTZ Box comes with 3 Plugs inserted in the three pre-drilled access holes (1-1/2 inch holes). Remove the plug from any holes you intend to utilize. If you want to use the 4th side, drill your access hole where you need it – for example, a Panoramic camera may need a hole in a different position rather than the center. This is the reason that we let you customize the 4th side. If you intend to use this Multi-Purpose PTZ Box inline, you won’t need anything else. If you want to use it as the bottom of a string, order it with the bottom plug. Available in White or Black. This Multi-Purpose 8×10 PTZ Box is equipped with 1-1/2” threaded couplers welded on both ends that are complete with set screws that will lock the upper and/or lower pipes down and prevent loosening or twisting of the pipe.
